SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

As all LEAH ROSATO garments are made to order locally in Melbourne, please allow up to 21 days from the date your order is placed for your garment to be made especially for you.

Once your order has been sewn and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel, and will receive your delivery within 5 business days*. All orders are shipped via Australia Post, and shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 within Australia.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. LEAH ROSATO holds no responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

All prices are in AUD currency.

Currently LEAH ROSATO only delivers within Australia. If you are based internationally and want to inquire about purchasing from a LEAH ROSATO collection, please contact info@leahrosato.com.

*Please note- some delivery times may vary should Australia Post be experiencing temporary delays at the time your order is shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you change your mind, you may return your item/s within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided the item is returned in the original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all labels, tags and hygienic sticker attached.

 

Should you need to return your purchase, please ensure you contact info@leahrosato.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns requested outside of this period or returns that do not meet the criteria above, may not be accepted. 

 

Initial shipping charges paid for returned goods will not be refunded. The shipping costs incurred for returning your item for refund will be at your own expense.

 

Where an item is faulty or misrepresented, please email info@leahrosato.com to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. This must be done within 30 days of receiving your order. Items will not be considered faulty if they are damaged as a result of incorrect care or general wear. The cost of returning a faulty item will be covered by LEAH ROSATO.

 

LEAH ROSATO is not liable for lost or damaged garments in return transit. It is recommended you use a trackable delivery method and package your items securely.
